- Your account will be immediately deactivated and you will be logged out
- Your account will be soft-deleted and retained for 90 days
- Your licenses will be preserved and can be automatically recovered if you recreate your account with the same email address
- After 90 days, your account will be permanently deleted
How to delete: Log in to your account and visit the Delete Account page. We recommend exporting your data first.
7.3 Account and License Recovery
If you delete your account, you can recover it within 90 days:
- Automatic Recovery: Simply create a new account using the same email address. Your licenses will be automatically restored to the new account.
- Manual Recovery: If you have a recovery token, you can use it on the Account Recovery page.
Important: After 90 days, accounts are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. However, your licenses remain linked to your email address and can still be recovered by creating a new account.
